This policy explains what information Igrika LLC (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit acce.guru, write to us, or try or buy AcceGuru Pro, and what we do with it. Igrika LLC is a Delaware limited liability company and is responsible for this information.
What we collect and why
Visits to this website
For visitors, the website works without cookies. If you choose Accept in the cookie notice, we load Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement. They set cookies and record which pages you view, how you reached the site (for example, which ad you clicked), your browser and device type, and your approximate location. We use this to understand how the site is used and which ads bring customers. If you choose Decline, none of this is loaded.
Your choice is stored on your own device, in your browser’s local storage, and is not sent to us. You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
If you have accepted the cookie notice and then start a trial or make a purchase on this site, we tell Google Analytics that it happened, with the plan, the amount and the order number. We do not send your name or email address to Google.
Trials and purchases
Trials and purchases are handled by Freemius, Inc., our reseller and Merchant of Record. Freemius collects the details needed to process your order, such as your name, email address, billing country and payment details. We never see or store your card number. Freemius shares with us your name, email address and the details of your license and orders, which we use to provide the product, updates and support.
The AcceGuru Pro plugin
AcceGuru Pro connects to Freemius to activate your license and deliver updates. This shares your site address, your WordPress, PHP and plugin versions, and your license details with Freemius. Accessibility scans run on your own site, and scan results stay there. If you turn on AI alt text, your images are sent to the AI provider you choose, using your own API key, under that provider’s terms.
Emails
If you write to hello@acce.guru, we receive your email address and your message and use them to reply. We do not send newsletters.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Spaceship. Like any web host, it may keep server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request, to keep the site secure and running.
Who receives information
- Google LLC: Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement, only after you accept the cookie notice.
- Freemius, Inc.: checkout, payments, licensing and updates.
- Spaceship: website hosting and email forwarding for our domain.
- The AI provider you choose, only if you turn on AI alt text in the plugin.
We do not sell your personal information.
Legal bases for visitors from the EU and the UK
We rely on your consent for analytics and ad measurement, on our contract with you for trials, purchases, licenses and support, and on our legitimate interest in answering messages and keeping the site secure.
How long we keep information
Google Analytics keeps detailed visit data for the retention period set in our account, at most 14 months. Order and license records are kept as long as needed to provide the product and to meet tax and accounting obligations. Emails are kept as long as needed to help you and for our records.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, they rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the EU, the UK and California, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To use these rights, email hello@acce.guru. We will not treat you differently for using them. If you are in the EU or the UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This website and AcceGuru are not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
