These terms apply to your use of acce.guru and of the AcceGuru software, provided by Igrika LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By using the website or the software, you agree to them.
The website
You may use this website to learn about AcceGuru, start a trial and buy a license. Do not misuse it, for example by trying to break its security or overload it.
AcceGuru Free
The free AcceGuru plugin is distributed on WordPress.org under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. That license governs your use of it.
AcceGuru Pro, trials and payments
- AcceGuru Pro is sold through Freemius, Inc., our reseller and Merchant of Record. Your order is also subject to the terms shown at checkout.
- Each license covers the number of websites chosen at checkout: 1, 5 or 20.
- The free trial lasts 14 days, needs no payment card and ends on its own. When it ends, Pro features switch off and the free version keeps working.
- Monthly and annual licenses renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and the license stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- A lifetime license is a one-time payment and includes all Pro features and updates for as long as AcceGuru Pro is offered.
Refunds
If you don’t like AcceGuru for any reason, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No questions asked. Email hello@acce.guru. When a purchase is refunded, its license is cancelled and Pro features switch off.
What AcceGuru does and does not do
AcceGuru finds and fixes accessibility issues that can be detected automatically, and shows which checks need a person. No automated tool can confirm full WCAG conformance or compliance with laws such as the ADA or the European Accessibility Act, and AcceGuru does not guarantee it. You remain responsible for the accessibility of your website.
Third-party services
If you use AI alt text, your images are processed by the AI provider you choose, under its own terms and fees.
No warranty
To the extent the law allows, the website and the software are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for AcceGuru in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
